Welcome to our Year 5/6 class page!

My name is Mrs Powell and I am delighted to welcome you to Year 5/6 – I am looking forward to an exciting and successful year together! Our classroom is a place where we encourage everyone to work hard, aim high, be kind and support one another. Throughout the year, we will enjoy lots of interesting learning opportunities, new challenges and memorable experiences as we grow in confidence and independence.

I am very lucky to be supported by wonderful support staff – Miss Dallimore, Mrs Tucker, Miss Dye and Mrs Shuttleworth – who work alongside me to help every child feel happy, valued and ready to achieve their very best. Together, we are looking forward to a fantastic year filled with learning, laughter and plenty of achievements to celebrate!
